Dr. Eric Blake received a degree in Cultural Anthropology and completed his
preparatory medical curriculum at the University of Cincinnati in 1994. He went on to graduate from the NCNM in Portland, Oregon with a Masters in Science of Oriental Medicine and a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. He pursued special studies in physiotherapy for infectious and degenerative diseases, Constitutional Hydrotherapy, history of natural medicine and German irisdiagnosis. After graduation he completed a residency at one of the busiest and longest continually operating naturopathic clinics in North America. He is co-editor and contributing author of the professional textbook Naturopathic Physical Medicine, has authored chapters for Chronic Pelvic Pain and Dysfunction(2011) & Fibromyalgia: A practitioners guide to care (2010), and has authored a teaching workbook on physiotherapy for physicians. He is also history editor of the Foundations of Naturopathic Medicine project and is currently adjunct faculty at National College of Natural Medicine.
